will a 16/20 set of 2008 DV46 be safe for a 185 lbs rider?
i have an opportunity to get a set for a great deal, but, i am a little concerned with the spoke count. i know i will be safer with 20/24, but, they do not have that set up available.

Don't do it.

Bonktown has the 20-24 version popping up for $949 brand new on occasion.

im 190 and rode a couple year old set of the 16-20s and the rear would rub on the brakes every time i stood up going up hill. it was way to flexy, the front seemed ok. i would go for the 20-24s
