I am starting to think about getting a new road bike. My 1997 Trek 5200 still works great, but I confess to being a bit envious of some of the newer models out there. Maybe I just think a new bike will motivate me to get out and ride more. Whatever.

As much as I like to support my lbs, this 2009 Fusion model from Colorado Cyclist looks like a killer deal:

Full Ultegra group with a carbon frame. This is about $800-$1,000 less than a bike with similar specs from the big names.

I know this would be a no-name frame from somewhere in Taiwan, but pretty much all carbon seems to be coming from there now.

I read some old threads on other CC models and people seem to have good opinions of them. Any Colorado locals on here who have ridden this particlar bike?

I have a 2008 and you cant go wrong, its almost worth the parts even if change frames in the future. Its a good solid bike with good wheels.
