The bike MSRP'd for $1,900 back in '09, so at $1,299 the dealers margin of profit has already shrunk markedly. Also, the crankset is an FSA Gossamer, not Shimano 105.heffergm said:Little margin? JMO, but I wouldn't ask the LBS to include tax in the sales price. If you don't want to pay $1,299, take the percentage your tax rate is for your locale and offer that amount.
