I have a 2012 secteur and my front brake went out this weekend I took it to my LBS and specialized will cover it under warranty, but it will take 7-10 business days which I cannot afford to take that many days off I'm training for the MS150...so I thought why not just upgrade to shimano 105 brakeset. Will these brakes work with the stock set/up brake levers and cables??

Shimano 105's will fit and function fine, but if you want to save some money, most any short reach dual pivot brakes will work. The pads are what matter.
