I have recently purchased a bike which comes stock with a full 10 spd 105 groupo. I also have a full 9 spd Ultegra groupo from a bike with a bent frame. If you were building up a third frame, which groupo would you put on the bike?

Whatever takes the least effort. In other words, why strip the bike with the bent frame and the new bike with the 10spd 105 and then re-install each group on a different frame? What do you gain? In the end each group will end up on a new frame anyway. Just strip the bent frame and install the Ultegra on new frame and be done with it.

I agree with that. Just in case you don't mind the hassle, I'd say put the 105 on whichever bike you want better parts.
