I sent them an email about a week and a half ago through the Contact Us link and haven't heard anything as of yet. I was wondering if someone out there had a real email address?

If you haven't heard back from them and you can't easily find a different email address, why would you consider dealing with them? For me this is usually the best test on what to expect in the future. If you really want them give them a call and ask them what the issue is.
