I got a BMC TMR01 with carbon dropouts, should I add steel washers in between skewers nuts and dropouts to prevent abrasion?

Please don't. There's only that much flat area for the skewer nut and cam lever barrel end to bite into. If a washer is too large in diameter, it could well break something. Because of the washers, your bike would definitely not be covered by the BMC warranty.

At any rate, there is no abrasion with tight skewers. There might be some bite marks. But those are wanted because they help prevent slippage.

Per the other posters, this would make no sense and probably be a negative. If you don't want your frame to get abraded, take the wheels off and hang it in the garage.
