I'm having a hard time trying to fit an aero bar in an indoor bike that has a non-standard clamp size (it's 32.46 instead of 26.0 or 31.8). I believe replacing the handlebar is not an option for the Cycleops 400 Pro.

I wonder if someone knows a place that could customize an aero bar to fit that clamp size.

Cheers!

It's only .66mm (.026") larger than 31.8, you can get some sheet metal and make a shim.

A machine shop will make anything you want.
Why not just get a piece of 1/8" steel plate and drill a couple of holes in it, you may need longer screws.
Don't hurt yourself if you lose control on the aerobars in the corners.

Note: In this universe it is virtually impossible to make a clamp bigger with shims.

I wonder where he got that 32.46 figure. Measuring the bars or the open clamp?

It's only a trainer and only a tiny difference, I'd get some cheap alloy 31.8 bars and tighten it down.
