is the kevlar bead supposed to feels like its broken up inside the rubber? like its not 1 continuous string of kevlar, and more like fragments?
the kevlar bead feels like its cut inside the rubber casing all the way around the tire

That's why they're generically referred to as "folding" tires. Totally normal.
