The VO3 Aurora is made by Trigon. Trigon's frames appear under many badges: Leopard Cycles, Blue, ProRace, etc.
V03 bikes is just importing these from the factory and putting a sticker on them. I know because I ordered several of these frames from the factory in Taiwan. I'm getting them in about a week.
I saw one first-hand this weekend at the Elkorn Classic. It was very sweet, and the rider spoke very highly of the bike. That particular frame weighed in at 1080 grams. I believe that frame V03 is selling is a bit heavier.
