I finally bought a watt meter to work with my Kurt Kinetic Fluid trainer.......problem is, I know very little about what kind of wattage I should be putting out, how to incorporate this into training, and etc.etc. Do you try to achieve and maintain a consistent watt output for certain things like intervals?....Are there "zones" like with my HR monitor?....Can someone please enlighten me?....Thanks.
