When you say the builder, do you mean that you are getting a custom frame? If you are getting a custom frame he should be able to change the seat angle so that you do not need to find a seat post with that much setback.

Ritchey makes a post with 40mm of setback and I believe FSA is also making a 35 or 40mm post also.

Have to agree with divve. For other less "otherworldly" options, try: Ritchey WCS Carbon, FSA K-Force SB25, Thomson Masterpiece Setback, USE Alien road post. Pick what matches your frame, I got the Ritchey to match the carbon weave on my TCR. Aesthetics is just as big a part of the joy of bike building. :)
