I just bought a bike and I still have the stock Alex R500 wheel set on them. The problem is when I ride my bike it makes this squeaking sound. I noticed that it's this little rubbing piece on the hubs. Everytime they spin it makes my tire squeak. It's really annoying and I am wondering if there is anything I can do to stop it.

It's probably the bearing seal. Spray oil around the cone and the seal. It will stop once it wears down.
