Why aren't there competent journalists out there who know the subject interviewing him, asking appropriate questions and writing stories?

The article is a jumbled mess mixing USPS era stuff with modern-day doping concerns.

I agree. For the "layman" who doesn't know about the sport it really messes up the timeline...

I just "read around" the inaccuracies....
