Several months ago (after losing an auction to zmudshark) I found and restored this mid-80's Merckx Corsa in what is now gleeming Faema colors. I left the original Shimano Ultegra in place, but replaced the crankset/BB with NOS, ran new cables, housing, brake pads, saddle, seatpost, stem and bars. I also bought a second set of Mavic wheels to complement the original Matrix set.
Unfortunately, I need to make room for a new project and have decided to put this one up on the block. If any forumite is interested, let me know before I send it to CL or the 'Bay.
