I want to build a set of light (between 1300 and 1400 grams) and reliable set of clincher wheels. I am trying to decide which hubset to use (24/28). I am looking at the DT Swiss 240 and 190 hubs and other hubs, including ones by Tune, the Mag 180 rear and either the Mig 70 or 45 front hubs). I weigh about 145 pounds. The rims I have been considering are the Velocity Aero for the front and Aero OC for the rear. The DT Swiss RR1.1 rims are also under consideration. I have heard mixed things about the quality of IRD rims, so I might cross them off of my list. The spokes will be Sapim CX-Ray. I am particularly interested in hearing about your experience with the DT Swiss 190 hubs and the Tune hubs. Thanks.
