One thing that has bothered me with anti-doping efforts is the lack of standards or following procedures so that, when someone is caught like Tyler or Floyd, they can mount these exhaustive legal battles, based on messed up lab procedures. Does anyone know if there has been an effort to tighten up the testing or lab procedures? It just seems to me like it would be money much better spent if the labs could conclusively nail dopers the first time around and not have to wait 2 years to strip Floyd of the title.
