My 10 speed shifts perfect, however as crazy as I am, is there a better housing with lower friction, like Gore, etc?
I am looking only if there is a noticeable difference, I know, probably not that I can feel.

Are you using older 10 sp or the newer Ultra-shift 10 sp / 11 sp? I find the newer Ultra-shift to be better w.r.t. friction.

Ultra with the upgrade in the right lever to get more pronounced feel.

Velonews has tested a bunch of different cable systems over the past year or so, Gore came out on top IIRC. Not sure that's much of an endorsement but you be the judge.....
