Neighbor picked up a Columbia balloon tire bike at an auction the other day for $10, and asked me to come over to help him a bit with putting a new chain on it. Not sure if the model is correct, but the chain guard has '63 Special painted on it.
I know nothing about these old bikes other than that they're old, and a quick web search didn't really reveal too much info. Just wondering if he might have gotten hold of something that might be of some value.
