preferably with diagrams? for example, where to stop at stop lights, where to stop when making left turns, different road scenarios etc.? not looking for anything specific, but the more i know, the better.

Great site --

Best piece of advice that I was following without really knowing it:

Ride as though you're invisible. Always assume the driver doesn't see you. It helps you make choices better while you're riding. That, and remember that you're not in a race when you're riding in traffic. Take your time and save the real speed for the car-free spots.

I wouldn't recommend following his example. But, he shows you what is possible -- after you have years of experience.

Obviously I am totally not serious, but brianmcg almost made me spit water on my monitor!

I guess I will have to try harder next time, to get you to actually do a spit take.
