Do I need to assembly DA Shifters on the handlebar like in Campy - in straight line to the hadlebar or as some one said to me - 90* to the bike.
I look in Shimano site & I find nothing about that

I use a RAM hadlebar.

Personal preference

Although the Shimano 10s need to be a little higher than the 9 speeds (at least that was my experience).

Pull out any cycling catalog and you will see them mounted all over the bars at all positions on the bends. It's one reason I prefer Campy, since with my Ritchey Pro bars I have a nice, flat transition from the bars to the hoods.

My suggestion is to mount the shifters (with no cables yet), and sit on the bike and adjust to where they feel comfortable. Don't cut the cable housing too short on the first install, as you will probably move them at least once. Then, test ride the bike with no bar tape around the block. Adjust from there until YOU like it.

It's all personal preference.
