Is it possible to exchange the carbon levers on Athena 11s shifters for aluminum ones? Just the levers, not the whole shifters. This is purely for aesthetics and personal preference, nothing functional.

sure...

If you can find some aluminum brake levers that are the new ultrashift model - pre2009 won't work. Individual levers are priced quite high.

You can swap the lever arm from one 11sp ERGOLEVER to another no problem but I don't think Campagnolo is making an all aluminum ERGOLEVER this year.

Correct - they have announced an aluminum Athena lever option for 2011, not quite available yet
Cool. I have a nice lugged steel frame that may go 11 and I'd like to keep the all silver component look on it. Ritchey is doing stems, bars and seatposts in silver now too.

I don't see any of the Ritchey silver stuff on their website - just a lot of black and "wet white". Plenty of Nitto silver bars out there, Velo-Orange has nice alu seatposts/stems
