I currently use speedplay frogs on my road bike and am quite satisfied with these pedals. The shoes that I use, however, are quite heavy. I'm looking for another pair of shoes that are light, stiff, and obviously comfortable as well. In addition, the shoes should be built such that the cleat would be totally recessed. (i.e. the cleat would not touch the ground when walking). For those of you that use speedplay frogs, what shoes do you recommend?
