A friend gave me this awesome tofu recipe.

Take a pound of tofu and cut into 1" cubes
place in bowl with 1-2 cups of your favorite Italian dressing. Coat tofu thoroughly.

add:
garlic (to taste)
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup fresh oregano

Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

With the tofu in the refrigerator heat a grill (or cast iron frying pan) as hot as you can get it and throw a 16 oz. T-bone on it. Season with salt and pepper and cook to desired temperature (preferably medium rare).

Remove steak and let rest for 5 minutes.
While the steak is "resting" remove Tofu from refrigerator and flush it down the toilet.

Enjoy
Serves one.

A 16 ounce steak would last us a week.

16 ounces of tofu would last us a couple of meals.

Don't waste food.

Putting the words awesome, tofu, and recipe together is pretty much equivalent to putting the words annual, rectal, and exam together.
