Without knowing your goals, it's really hard to say. The simplest procedure is to find out what you can do for weekly mileage, and then add 10% to that each week. Include some intervals and speed work on two days per week. Bicycling magazine's web site has some "how to get fit in 10 weeks" kinds of plans, I'm sure.crashoveroid said:Late start to year only back on the bike about 3 week need a good schedule to get race fit quick can any one help me please.
