Definitely a cool idea. And, for some people, it may work, e.g. be all they need.

But, if I pulled from my pack, all that those tools do/have, I'd still have enough stuff left that I'd need a pack/seat bag. Even if you're running tubeless, you still need a tube, boot, CO2, chuck... So, might as well get a "better" (lighter, more complete) multi-tool for less coin and toss it in the pack.

The "mini bar multi tool" looks good, independent of it going in the bar ends. Looks like a good way to carry a bunch of different heads in a small area. I'd put it in my seat bag or pocket though.

I'm not sure who'd want to carry tools in the bar end and why. I suppose one good thing about carrying stuff there is there's no way you could forget to bring it.
