I have a choice of ISIS bottom brackets

any opinions on which way to go or is it 6 or 1/2 dozen

Fsa..

I much prefer the splined cups on FSA BBs. A torque wrench can be used for installation. Never been fond of designs that use lock rings to keep the BB in place.

I've had good luck with the Truvativ Team SL bbs.
