Hello. I want to buy a Cannondale CAAD12 frame, but I want to use my SRAM GXP crank on it because I have a stages power meter on it.

I want to use an adapter that has full outboard bearings, to convert the BB30A shell to GXP, but what is a concern to me is the routing of the rear derailleur cable. It seems to go directly through the middle of the BB shell. This is would be a problem since many of the conversion kits use a cylinder that's pressed fully along the length of the BB shell. And that would be impossible if the cable is in the way.

Can anybody that has either done/tried this tell me if it's possible to use an outboard bearing 24 mm adapter on a CAAD12 frame? Or can anybody that has taken a CAAD12 BB apart tell me if the the rear derailleur cable would get in the way of the outboard bearing adapter? Thanks.
