I have an Ultregra crank and the drive side visibly wobbles, not wobbles like is it loose. I have removed the drive side crank arm and reseated it and problem still persists. I also removed the rings and placed then on a flat surface to check those as well. Has anybody had a spindle in a splined BB bend?

Could be damage to the bearing even though it's not loose, as bending BB spindles is less likely. Will admit that I (somehow) did bend the spindle of a lower-end Shimano ES25 Octalink BB before under my massive ~140lbs.

Try rotating Spindle w/o crank on it and see if it wobbles with rotation.
Do you have another bike you can install crank on to see if it's the crank?
Hopefully all areas you are concerned about are greased and tight.

I removed both cranks today and cleaned, greased then reinstalled. the wobble is still there so maybe it is the bearings. I could not removed the cups to check the bearings so maybe I will take it into LBS to have is looked at.
