Just curious, does anyone know how Bertonis are measured? I may have a long distance line on one, but the seller is bit unused to bicycles and doesn't really get bike sizing. Large, medium or small, he gets. The bottom bracket is stamped, "59." Would that be 59cm center to center or center to top? I couldn't find any Bertoni catalogs on the interweb (Google was not my friend) with this information.
