Nashbar is selling some for $4.49/ea plus it's buy 3 get the 4th free, so that's $3.37 a tube if you pick up 4...

As does Nashbar, since shipping is $5.99. Actually, that brings the total to $19.46 for four tubes - I'm not sure which tubes you're looking at at Pricepoint - I see them at $3.49, so for 4, with $5.75 shipping, that's $19.71, which is more than Nashbar...
So if you buy 4, it's $19.46 from Nashbar and $19.71 from Pricepoint (both shipped)
If you buy 8, it's $33.93 shipped from Nashbar and $34.87 shipped from Pricepoint

eBay always has 10 packs in the $20-30 range including postage. Do not be put off by the names. Most tubes are repackaged. I was forced by necesity to buy Giant tubes at $10 a piece. Tubes inside the box were branded Cheng-Shen, AKA. CSK.
