I feel like my 250mm seat post is too short and I'm at the safety limit. When watching my pedal stroke it seems I'm not getting enough leg extension and after say 45 minutes I feel the need to stretch my legs. Thoughts? Thanks!

I would suggest getting fitted if you want to know for sure. Most bike shops will do a quick check for you if you don't want the full thing. I recently found my seat was way too high. When I purchased a seatpost from a LBS they measured me, and set my seat height, and position.

I was fit for my bike, but upgraded the post myself to a lighter one. I took the measurements before removing the old post so I knew it would be the same.

I did forget to mention that I upgraded my seat to a Specialized Toupe and I think that the lower seat rails have contributed to this.
