Does anyone have any recommendations for a bike fitter in the Kansas City Area? I'm just a recreational rider and don't need a super advanced fit just someone to get me a little more comfortable and efficient.

No recommendations as I've never been fitted, but I know Bike Source does fittings.

maybe ask the Trek store over in Independence.... that's the only store I go to when I visit the KCMO area for work

You don't have to get the full blown fit that costs $300. You should still be able to get the option for a more basic fit, that costs something like $100.

WHen I travel to KCMO for work... I always see a group ride starting from the Buffalo Wild Wings in Independence... if you live/work anywhere near there.... scope that out, and maybe talk to the riders in that group. Little Blue Parkway has a nice stretch of open road, that isn't too packed with traffic.

Also, the KCMO Corporate challenge has Time Trials event.
