my friend and i have been looking around and we found a pretty good spot for a bike shop, we want to get it going but where not sure exactally what we should do. i mean do should we specialize in just road and mountain bikes or should we do hybrids and kids and bmx and all that jazz i'm just looking for feedback from a whole group because your all part of the cycling community and any other input you have would be awesome like what are you looking for when you walk in to a shop?
