I think the smallest pre-programmed wheel size is for a 650c tire. Other than that you can do a simple roll-out test on that 20 incher. What I did on my Blackburn was tape a business card (or credit card) to the center of the tire sideways and mark the edge where it contacts the floor. Roll the tire in a straight line one full revolution and mark the same edge of the card again. Measure the distance between both edges in milimeters and program it into the computer.
