The US allows autologous blood to be collected and stored by donors for their personal use. People usually store blood before surgeries and have it available in case they need it but nothing stops it from being released to donor This is perfectly legal and happens every day. How can WADA possibly know what atheletes are storing blood in legitimant blood storage facilities for doping purposes?

I was thinking about the same thing today. When you think about what happened to Saul Raisin, it would be prudent for anyone involved in a sport as dangerous as Pro Cycling to have a stash for emergencies. I sort of doubt that's what they were seeing Dr. Fuentes about though.
