Just got a Madone 5.5 pro. It has a Bontrager Race X Lite 53/39 crankset with what I estimate to be a 130 mm BCD. Front derailleur is SRAM Force. I'm pretty unhappy with the upshift to the 53t. I'm thinking that a chainrings with more ramps would help. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

You might want to check your derailleur positioning if you haven't already. All modern chainrings should be shifting well enough. Some people swap out S-Works rings for the same supposed reason, yet I've never had a shifting issue.

Best front shifting in the game is considered by many to be Shimano, but usually costly if you want the Ultegra or DA versions. The 105 versions should work just as well, just not as flashy. There's Wickwerks, which has ramps everywhere on the ring. Never tried it, but am curious.
