I'd try to buy it locally, I think--it gets you acquainted with the LBS guys, and it doesn't cost enough that the price difference will matter. But if you're determined, check www.loosescrew.com or www.sheldonbrown.com

I picked up a spacer from my LBS. They usually carry 1, 1.5, and 2mm BB Spacers.
