A few facts about the most famous boneless rib sandwich in the world:

a) it's mighty delicious

b) the "ribs" are only molded onto the top of the slab

c) if you wash off the bbq sauce, it looks like a wet scab.

d) if you slice it in half the long way, it looks like nothing you've ever imagined.

Ever read Fast Food Nation? It's amazing how much chemical research goes into making something like that. There's a reason Mickey D's fries taste so good and that reason is chaemical engineering.

BTW...that's no more disgusting than a Tofurkey

It looks like some kind of pastry in the first picture and a maggot breeding ground in the second.

More like deep fried tofu.

Some things are not meant to be seen, and the McRib is definitely one of them.
