[Joe the biker]

I have a set of Ultegra 6600 brakes on my bike. I am having trouble with the front quick release. When I try and turn it to the open position the cable holding bolt in back of the quick release turns with it. This causes the brakes to tighten rather then loosen. Any suggestions?

could be that it's dirty and/or corroded and it's just stuck. you'll have to take it apart to know. they're pretty simple, couldn't be much else.
