OK race fans, I need some help with training.
I have 17 days before my next race which is actually mini stage race. (Short TT and road race in the same day, then a road race the following day). I am thinking a build phase (indoor & outdoor)
with lots of time in the saddle then taper down the week before race weekend. The TT is flat but the road races are not. You have to finish each event to continue to the next. Is three weeks enough time to make worthwhile improvements in the middle of race season?
Thoughts?
