Whats up everyone, I just got a new frame (S-Works E5 road) and I can't decide if I want to buy parts and build it up or swap out my parts off of my old frame (Mongoose Morzine w/full 105).

If you have the coin, build it. The S-works deserves better than a swap would give it, and you can keep the Mongoose as a beater/winter bike.

thats what I was thinking too, this is gonna be the frame that I'm gonna race should a ride it everyday and race it or just race it?

I have an S-Works. LOVE the ride.

My advice: swap the parts over for now, and start haunting ebay, the classifieds here, and other spots for the parts you WANT for the S-Works. Buy only when you get a great deal, and save $$.

That's how I've done every bike I've owned since my first one was bought as a complete bike. Takes longer, but its worth it!

Yes, the ride IS worth it!
