hope this is the right place for my question

I have a mountain bike ideal pro rider http://www.idealbikes.net/bike.php?bike=124
and because i'm using it a lot in the streets i want to make a pair of road wheels.
I searched a lot,read a lot but in the end i got more confused

I would be very glad if you could suggest me some rims , spokes ,hub and tyres for road.
my budget is max 200€ (300$)
keep in mind that greek streets are very bad and with many holes so would like something more durable and strong (for road)
I am 60kgs, 1.72m and my bike has v-brakes.

so far
Rims: mavic xc 717 , sun rhyno lite , DT swiss XR 4.1 , remerx eagle
Spokes: Sapim strong , DT swiss
Hubs: DT swiss 240, novatech
tyres:kenda kwest 1.25 , continental sport contact 1.3 , bontrager race lite

would appreciate any help

I would just put some slicks on your existing wheels. I use Continentals for such a purpose. Any mtn rim should work fine on the road--- the worst road is usually better than the best trail.
