I have a Campagnolo Record CT cranks and I like to use one outer chainring in my cc bike, but where I can find ring whitout shifting ramps and pins?

It's likely that won't be able to find one, because Campagnolo uses a priority bolt pattern on their Record CT cranks (one bolt is at a slightly larger radius).

But why would you need to use one? If you have only one ring, why should the presence of ramps and pins make a difference?

The other issue I see is there are no guards available to fit Record CT. Spooky makes 130 and 135 mm BCD guards for 42 and 44 teeth rings. Spot makes 110 mm BCD guards for a 32 tooth rings and 130 mm BCD for 42 tooth rings. But, I can't think of anyone who makes a guard that will fit the Record CT bolt pattern
