Is this doable? My campy bar-end shifters are 10-speed indexed. I think the difference between the SRAM and Campagnolo shift spacing is only .1 mm.

it doesn't matter what the cassette spacing differences are, it's the difference between how much cable pull the sram shifter has that really messes things up... and it's got a bunch more than the campy shifter. the jtek shiftmate #1 will work if you're using a shimano/sram cassette. it's probably gonna work pretty well w/ a campy cassette, too.
