No one even proofreads it. But since no one reads it after it's published, what does it matter.

It's like that Lezyne ad that has heart rate in miles per hour. And Lezyne used to be the slick design and clever marketing champ of the industry! Times they are a-changing.

Campy translations and spelling in English have always been a bit dodgy.

I'm convinced that the massive confusion over the way that the Ultratorque system works is down to the fact that they called the clip a "safety clip".

As of right now they make the classic mistake of using "break" and "brake" in the same block of text. It's been going on forever, and I fail to understand why it's so hard to run this stuff by an English speaker before publication.
