I have an older alloy crank era 10 speed Campy Record group on my bike and want to put a newer ultra torque Record (10 speed) crank on the frame. Will my current rear and front derailleurs work well with the new crank, or will I need to get the newer 10 speed versions?

They will work fine, I did the same upgrade last year.
