[Tim Red Beard]

I have attached a couple photos of my stem, I didn't get the specs from my LBS, I'm thinking about switching to a different stem like a 3T to match my bike. Can anyone tell me what the specifics are that I need to know to order a new stem? My rise is +28 / -20.

That's gonna be as much info as you need I bet. There should be a marking that tells you the length up by the bolts that attach it to the bar.
