Bought a crankarm power meter, was hoping to share between my road and cross bike. Works great on road bike, cross bike, 1 mm clearance between pod and chainstay. I'm wondering a outshiming the NDS crank arm out 2-3 mm. I don't know if moving it out that far will impact how well the pinch bolts do their job.

If it's a no go I'll still have it on road bike so not a huge deal. Just hoping someone might have some experience here that can guide me.

Thanks!

You used to be able to shim the fixed cup on an old style bottom bracket (square taper type) They were even available in different lengths........But that was back in the Stone Age.
