I can deny most on the list.

1. Helps Keep Your Immune System Humming :
Given the number of possible sexually transmitted diseases, this sort of gives new meaning to the word "hummer." HIV definitely isn't good for your immune system.

2. Boosts Your Libido :
Not immediately afterwards.

3. Improves Women's Bladder Control :
I just won't even make a golden shower comment.

4. Lowers Your Blood Pressure :
Blood pressure elevation is required for a physiological arousal response.

5. Counts as Exercise :
Only if you move.

6. Lowers Heart Attack Risk :
Some people have one right in the middle of ...

7. Lessens Pain :
Not if you are doing it right.

8. May Make Prostate Cancer Less Likely :
Depends what you are having done to your prostate.

9. Improves Sleep :
Only if it is really boring am I able to sleep through all of it.

10. Eases Stress :
That's why everyone is so relaxed about pregnancy tests.

Riding a bike is better. It lasts longer, leaves participants in a nice state of energy depletions, relaxed, "spiritually connected" with himself, his life, environment, and mates. Same as sex with a loving partner. The more you do it, the better it is. The bike won't make unreasonably demands, get angry, or suddenly quit on you, like the woman. It demands minimal attention, there when you need it, ready to grant endless pleasure. A faithful friend for life, like a good pair of shoes. It'll ride just as well 10 years from now as it did the first day you bought it.

"It's better when you wait!" :nono: My last girl friend told me that. Her sister used to marvel at how long a man who could ride a bike would go in bed. It was very confusing. I rode the bike lots, however, in case the opportunity arose.

So I'm not sure sex is all that good for dedicated cyclists who might very well enjoy waxing a favorite climb rather than bringing his lover to orgasm. Cycling provides the same psychological and physical benefits as sex, without the problems, so it shines above sex as a health benefit. Good sex then spins off from that superior fitness and control.

"Pass the Viagruh! I'm good for as long as it takes, hon!" :D
